Kit of Gauges for Inspection of welds composed of the following components: 

1) TWTG-1 – CAM TYPE GAGE

Welding gage TWG-1 (also known as bridgecam or cam type) for measuring in either inches or millimeters the following: angle of preparation, excess weld metal, depth of undercut, depth of pitting, weld throat size, and more.

2) TWG-6 – HI-LO GAGE

Welding gage TWG-6 (also known as hi-lo) for measuring interior misalignment, pipe wall thickness, bevel angle, fit-up gap, fillet leg lenght, crown height, fillet weld size and for preparing socket welds.

3) TWG-5 – V-WAC GAGE (1/64″ RES.)

1/64 inch resolution welding gage TWG-5 (also known as V-WAC gage) to be used for: checking undercuts/pits to 1/4 inch, porosity, crowns to1/4 inch.

4)  TWG-2 – AUTOMATIC WELD SIZE WELD GAGE (IMPERIAL)

Imperial welding gage TWG-2 (also known as automatic weld size weld gauge) to be used for: checking reinforcement, checking the throat of fillet weld and determining the leg size of the fillet weld.

5) TWG-4 – PIPE PIT GAGE (IMPERIAL)  

Welding gage TWG-4 (also known as pipe pit gage) with 0 to1/2″ range & resolution of 1/64″ & .010.

 6)  TWG-7 – FILLET WELD GAGE SET (IMPERIAL)  

Imperial welding gage TWG-7 (also known as fillet weld set)for measuring fillet leg and throat size.
